Maria is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, specializing in Sports Nutrition. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2019, at the Harokopio University of Athens and in 2021, her postgraduate specialization in Sports Nutrition in Liverpool, UK, where she stayed for a long time. Since November 2022, she has been working as a Product Trainer at Holland & Barrett, which has made her love the educational process as well as the huge world of supplements. In addition, as a dietitian, she takes on a multitude of cases, including individuals who want to manage their weight sustainably and effectively, improve their health indicators or the outcome of a medical condition, enhance their athletic performance and/or take care of their relationship with food.

Human health and nutrition is a field that has always fascinated her, as she says "it is a sacred purpose to be part of improving human health". She considers eating habits as well as nutritional behaviour an integral part of the quality of a person's life and her goal, through her profession, is to educate people nutritionally in such a way that nutrition becomes a cherished part of their daily lives.
She has been involved in sports from a very young age, specifically volleyball, and she also loves cooking and traveling.
