Rewards For Life!

"Rewards for Life" is Holland & Barrett's rewards program. It is a complimentary benefit of the company, designed to reward members of the program with special benefits.

All natural persons over 18 years of age can register for the programme. A prerequisite is that they must have a Greek mobile phone number, which is the basic element of their identification as members of the programme.

There are two simple ways to become a Rewards for Life member: 1. At Holland & Barrett stores, with the help of store staff at the checkout counter. 2. Through www.hollandandbarrett.gr, by registering online at the store.

Members of the program earn points with their purchases at Holland & Barrett stores and eshop, which they can redeem for discount coupons.

As a member of the program you collect points with your purchases. More specifically, you collect 4 points for every 1€ of purchases.

There is no cost to be a member of the program. This is provided by Holland & Barrett free of charge to all members.

Once you reach 400 points or 700 points, you can ask the cashier to issue and burn the corresponding coupon in order to get the corresponding discount. Alternatively, you can ask the cashier to issue the voucher and use it on your next transaction. In stores, you will be notified at the cashier after identifying yourself with your mobile number. In the eshop, once you reach 400 points or 700 points, you can see the available coupons and use them in your order, after you have logged in to your personal account. When you reach 400 points you have the option to redeem them for a €3 coupon (it's optional, you can keep collecting points for the €6 coupon).

All Rewards for Life vouchers are electronic. They can be used in stores automatically at the time of transaction if you confirm to the cashier that you want to use one of the available coupons. In the eshop, the coupon will be immediately available for use and by selecting "Redeem", it can be used on your order. When the corresponding points equivalent to a coupon are credited, you will be informed by SMS or Viber.

Once you have signed up for "Rewards for Life", points are automatically credited to your account.

The "Rewards for Life" account is individual and linked to a unique mobile phone.

Your Rewards for Life account is personal and cannot be transferred in any way to a third party.

You can check your points in the following ways:

• At the Holland & Barrett store checkout.
• In the Holland & Barrett stores at the Holland & Barrett stores.

Once you have become a member, we can identify your account in the program based on your mobile phone number.

The points you earn are valid for 18 months from the date they were earned. E.g. if you have collected 18 points with your purchases on 15/2 of one year, they will expire on 15/8 of the following year.

There are no limits to the purchases a member can make and consequently to the corresponding points they can earn through them.

Contact the store where you made your purchases or you can log in to your Rewards for Life profile by logging in through the Holland & Barrett website to view your points history.

Plan benefits have no monetary value and as such cannot be redeemed for money.

It is at Holland & Barrett's sole discretion to change the terms of the program at any time. You can find out about applicable benefits here on the Holland & Barrett website.

Participation in the "Rewards for Life" loyalty program does not expire while the program is active. For more information you can visit the Terms of Use here on the Holland & Barrett website.

The company reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or discontinue the program at any time and for as long as it deems necessary. In this case, the participants in the programme do not retain any claims.

If the program is terminated all benefits will automatically expire.

No, you are not allowed to use more than 1 voucher per transaction.

If you collect more than 700 points in one transaction, you can issue gift vouchers corresponding to 400 and 700 points but use them in different transactions.

The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. After expiry it is cancelled and cannot be used.

Yes, the voucher issued can be used both in the current transaction and in a future transaction within 3 months.
