Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer "NBG Go For More - €5 coupon for purchases of €25 or more"
- The coupon can be used from 03/11/2025 to 01/12/2025 (or in any case, the exact date agreed upon must be filled in) for purchases from €25 and above with National Bank cards at Holland & Barrett physical stores and at www.hollandandbarrett.gr/en/
- The coupon can be redeemed either by presenting it at the cash registers of physical stores or by entering its code in the special field during the order completion step at hollandandbarrett.gr/en. The offer is applied automatically if the conditions of use are met.
- The coupon applies to purchases from €25 and above, but does not apply to products already on offer, gift cards, or other products subject to special offers or promotions, unless otherwise specified by "Wellness Market MAE" (Holland & Barrett). The offer does not apply to shipping costs or other additional services.
- Each user is entitled to one (1) coupon, which can be used once.
- The coupon is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable if not used, and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
- In case of a return or exchange of products purchased using the voucher, the offer will not be refunded and its value will not be offset. In all other respects, Holland & Barrett's Returns Policy, as published on the website www.hollandandbarrett.gr/en/terms-and-conditions/return-policy/, applies.
- Holland & Barrett and National Bank of Greece are not liable for any temporary technical errors, delays, or unavailability of the voucher due to technical issues or third-party providers, unless these are due to fraud or gross negligence.
- "National Bank of Greece S.A." acts as the Data Controller for the issuance and distribution of vouchers. The company "Wellness Market MAE" (Holland & Barrett) acts as an independent Data Controller for the use and redemption of vouchers in physical stores and at hollandandbarrett.gr/en, in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.hollandandbarrett.gr/en/privacy-policy/."
- For anything not provided for in these terms and conditions, Greek law applies, in particular the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection.
- The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
