How can I track the progress of my order?

To track the progress of your order, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Holland & Barret account
  2. Click on the top right "Account"
  3. Select "My Orders"
  4. In the order you wish to place, select "Order Details" where you can see its progress.

In case you made your order as a guest and you want to know its progress, you can contact us here.

Is it possible to pick up from a store?

Upon entering the "Shopping Cart" form, you will be asked to login if you are already a registered user or make a new user registration by filling in your details or via Gmail / Facebook account. Then you will be asked to select the shipping / delivery method of your products. In case you choose pick-up from a store, you will be asked to select the specific physical HOLLAND&BARRETT store you want.

Is it possible to ship abroad?

There is no possibility of shipping abroad.

Which is the cost of transport?

For shipments within Attica the charge is 2,99€ and free shipping for orders over 45€.

For the rest of Greece, the charge is 2,99€ with free shipping for orders over 45€.

For shipments via BOX NOW (24/7) the charge is 1,80€ with free shipping for orders over 45€.

For pickup from the store, it is free of charge.

What are the payment methods?

You have the option to pay your order in various ways:

Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card (via VIVA), Cash on delivery (with an additional charge of 1,80€), PayPal (only via PayPal), Payment via IRIS (via VIVA), Google Pay (via VIVA), Payment via e-banking (DIAS/DIAS) only via VIVA, VivaWallet (only via VIVA wallet).

Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel the order in the online store.

The product I received is defective. What do I do?

If the product you received is defective, then to proceed with the return or change of your order, you can either send an email to, or call the Company's call center at 2106293860 (for calls from a landline with charges according to the tariff policy of your telecommunications provider), so changing process can be arranged if possible. Which carrier/courier will I use to pick up my order?

The shipping company that will deliver your order is selected based on the delivery location. The shipping companies we work with are: Svuum(only for delivery in specific areas of Athens), Box Now and ACS.

The product I want is not available. How can I order it?

If the product you want is not available to order it means that there is no stock ("back soon" sign). The only way to order it is when it is available again in our warehouse. To be informed immediately when the product is back in stock, you can enter your e-mail address after selecting "Get notified when this product comes in stock".
