What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• Glucomannan, or konjac as it is sometimes known, is a natural, water-soluble fibre derived from the roots of a south-east Asian plant called the elephant yam. In contact with water, glucomannan expands and can absorb up to 50 times its weight. Therefore, the recommended dosage of glucomannan is lower compared to other fibre supplements.
• This complex also contains our popular weight management ingredients Green Coffee, Green tea, Bioperine and Garcinia, which is a natural food supplement that in the context of a calorie-controlled diet can support weight management. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with one to two glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.

Directions:

Take two capsules with one to two glasses of water, 30 minutes before your meal, three times daily.
