The Organic Aloe Vera Gel is rich in nutrients such as vitamins E and Biotin and minerals (zinc) which may contribute to:

Aloe Vera 200:1, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Inulin, DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), D-Biotin, Zinc Citrate, Sweetener (Sodium Saccharin), Acidifying Agent (Citric Acid), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate), Lemon Flavour, Aroma.

Directions:

Adults take 20ml (1.5 tablespoons) 1-2 times a day in the morning and/or before sleep. May be used as it is or diluted in water or fruit juice. Shake well before use. Keep refrigerated after opening for one month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
