What Are the Benefits of Evening Primrose Oil?

• This combination provides linoleic acid (LA) and gamma linoleic acid (GLA), both are omega-6 essential fatty acids that the body can’t produce by itself and must be supplied through diet or supplements. The body metabolises GLA from LA, which can also be found in safflower, hemp, and sunflower oils.
• Vitamin B6 contributes towards the regulation of hormonal activity.
