What is it?

Holland & Barrett Starflower Oil capsules provide the fatty acids: Cis-Linoleic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). Not all fatty acids can be made in the body so must be supplied through diet or supplementation. These capsules also contain Vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• Linoleic Acid and Gamma-Linoleic Acid (GLA) are both Omega-6 essential fatty acids that should be supplied through diet and supplements. Your body converts GLA into Prostaglandin.
