Magnesium Triple Source 300 mg by JMN is a high-potency complex of magnesium salts (carbonate, citrate, oxide) combined with vitamin B6. Magnesium supplementation contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the smooth functioning of the muscles. It promotes muscle relaxation and reduces the frequency of muscle contractions or mild muscle spasms when dietary magnesium intake is insufficient.

Scientifically formulated, it also supports the normal functioning of metabolic processes involved in energy production and the synthesis of new proteins. In addition, magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6 assists in the transport of magnesium across the intestinal cell membrane.
