Maria is a graduate Dietitian - Nutritionist, with a special interest in Clinical Nutrition and in particular in the field of food intake disorders. She did her internship at the University Hospital "Attikon", gaining valuable experience in a demanding and scientifically documented environment. With many years of experience in the field of sports, and more recently with active involvement in aerial acrobatics and running, she has a deep understanding of the functional and psychological needs of the body. She has also attended seminars around the Pilates method, further enhancing her holistic approach to supporting body awareness.

She believes in the therapeutic connection between nutrition, mental health and physical activity, as their balance is the foundation for restoration and maintenance of wellness. Her goal is to restore a healthy relationship with food and the body through science-based practices and deep empathy.

Her favorite supplements are collagen and ashwagandha.
