Efterpi graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the International University of Greece (IHU). During her internship at the General Hospital Hippocrates of Thessaloniki, she acquired specialized knowledge in weight management, obesity, and nutritional support for patients with various pathologies.

She volunteered in research projects such as COSI of the World Health Organization, which focuses on childhood obesity monitoring, and PROTEIN, an app that promotes personalized nutrition for a healthier lifestyle. She actively attends seminars and conferences on nutrition and health, investing in her continuous professional development.

At Holland & Barrett, she provides personalized nutritional counseling to clients, with a focus on achieving their nutritional goals, improving health and wellness through the appropriate selection of nutritional supplements.
