Catherine Yaga is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and student at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Based on her love for the science of nutrition and sports, she has deepened her knowledge in two areas that perfectly express her, Clinical and Sports Nutrition.

Her involvement in the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics has been a strong foundation for her understanding of the needs of the athletic body and the importance of proper nutrition at all stages of the athletic career. She takes on cases that involve enhancing athletic performance and weight management, whether it is a reduction or an increase, and this is always based on the needs and profile of each individual.

Her goal is to bridge theory with practice, providing valuable knowledge by writing articles based on current scientific data. She believes in a personalized approach and treating each individual as a unique case, whether they are individuals with health issues or athletes seeking to achieve maximum athletic performance.

Favorite supplements for her are Magnesium and Omega-3s!
