Athena is a Dietitian - Nutritionist, specializing in Eating Disorders. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2022, in Dietetics through Queen Margaret University and her postgraduate studies in Psychology through the University of East London in 2023. From October 2023, she started working as a Sales Advisor at Holland & Barrett, which has led her to expand her knowledge even further still in the supplement industry.

The idea of working with human nutrition suddenly entered her life and made her discover that there is always a better version of our choices. She believes that tradition in the nutrition part is the best option to combat any condition in a more intimate way, as it is one of the first stimuli a person receives after birth. Her goal is to help and advise people to seek and find their own functional way to have well-being and a quality daily life.

She is an amateur gymnast, loves music and loves to travel.
